We Are Hiring!

Stiltz like to ‘make it easy’ – and that includes for candidates applying for one of our vacancies. We also feel it’s important to be open and honest about our expectations and we endeavour to provide timely feedback to all applicants.

Like most other businesses, we’ve had to make some changes during 2020 and 2021. But our office-based teams are happiest when working alongside colleagues in one of our three UK locations, our office in Pennsylvania or our factory in China.

The Stiltz Recruitment Model

At the heart of everything we do are our people. It’s our people who have made us award-winning market leaders and we want to continue with our amazing growth and success. So, if you’re passionate, innovative and value working with a truly supportive bunch of people; come and be part of our team.

Whether it’s your first step on the ladder, or you’re an experienced professional who’s looking for a new place to shine – our goal is to drive the business forward by finding the best talent and connect with great people.

Our Recruitment Process

We appreciate job searching is not an easy task – it’s can almost be a full-time job in itself! We also recognise that most people don’t know what happens behind the scenes once they submit their CV. It often feels like it goes into a black hole. Here’s what will happen once you forward your application to Stiltz.

Simple, transparent and smooth – we believe recruitment is a two-way process. We want to make sure we hire the best person for the job, and you want to make sure Stiltz and the career opportunity on offer is the right choice for you.

Once you submit your CV and covering letter it will go directly to our Recruitment Team. As we are growing so quickly, and consequently recruiting for new team members, Stiltz do use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). However, rest assured, all applications are read and reviewed by a real person.

Apply

You can apply quickly and easily by completing our registration form which can be found at the bottom of each vacancy, attach your CV and covering letter and click ‘submit’. You can find a list of our current jobs here.

Review

All applications will be reviewed by our Recruitment Team and the relevant Hiring Manager. If your profile looks to be a good fit, we will be in touch to schedule a time for an initial screening call. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll make sure we let you know, by email.

Interview

A member of our Recruitment Team – Lisa or Kate – will make contact to arrange for a 15-minute chat about the role, they’ll explain our recruitment process and ask a few preliminary questions to help us both understand if we’re a match made in heaven.

If you are interested in what you hear and we feel you’re a good fit, we will send your profile across to the Hiring Manager for review. Once the Hiring Manager has confirmed interest, we will move you along as quickly as we can to our interview process.

Now you’ve got to know us a little bit better, it’s time for you to meet the Hiring Team. Depending on the role this may be either by telephone or face to face.
