An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Installation Engineer based in the Swindon, Wiltshire area to join our growing Home Lift Installation Team.
What you will do:
You will be part of our Installation/Build team based in Swindon covering Wiltshire and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for installing our award winning through-floor domestic home lifts in our customers’ homes.

What are we looking for?
You will offer a good level of electro-mechanical experience. Ideally an experienced installer / technician within a similar industry sector.
- Ability to demonstrate mechanical / electrical competence – testing/ fault diagnosis level on electro/mechanical products.
- Proven track record of service and maintenance of electro/mechanical products in the field.
- Demonstrate a high standard of workmanship.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently.
- Basic IT proficiency – able to use a PDA (hand held tablet)
- Flexibility – willing to travel (overnight stays will be required)
Due to working within our customers’ homes you will require a DBS check which the company will undertake.
As a company vehicle is provided with this role, a valid full UK driving licence is also essential.
As an Installation Engineer you will be:
