Telesales / Sales professional to join Stiltz growing B2C Sales team based in Guiseley, Leeds. Genuinely achievable OTE £30,000 + (uncapped)

We are looking to recruit an ambitious telesales / sales professional to join our expanding B2C sales team.

As a talented Telesales Executive, we will offer you:

  • A genuinely achievable OTE of over £30,000 +
  • Basic salary range £20,000 – £23,000 (depending on experience) + commission.

What you will do as a Stiltz Telesales Executive:

  • Receive incoming sales enquiries via phone, website, email and referral partners. NO COLD CALLING!
  • Action outgoing sales calls to promote Stiltz products, services and to secure sales.
  • Manage regular B2C contact and touch-point frequency with existing leads, build and maintain product/sales focus with our customers.
  • Accurately maintain internal CRM database thus enabling specific targeting of the right customer at the right time.
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring customers are highly satisfied at every opportunity.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Confident and capable communication skills with proven B2C telesales experience in a fast paced and/or telesales environment.
  • Drive to achieve sales conversion targets on a weekly & monthly basis.
  • Ability to cover all available sales opportunities.
  • Good listening and relationship building skills, easily building rapport.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Expertise influencing, negotiating and overcoming objections.
  • Full IT proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
