Seeking a Talented Telesales / Sales professional to join our growing Sales team based in Guiseley, Leeds.

Stiltz Homelifts began in 2010 with an ambitious vision to be the largest homelift company in the world. As sole supplier, manufacturer and installer of the award winning Stiltz Homelift – the most innovative, unique and useful homelift on the market.

Due to our continued growth and huge success, we are seeking experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join B2C sales team based in Guiseley, Leeds.

As a talented Telesales Executive, we will offer you:

  • A genuinely achievable OTE of over £32,000 (uncapped) + (no cold calls!)
  • Basic salary range £23,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience) + commission

What you will do as a Stiltz Telesales Executive:

  • Receive inbound sales enquiries via phone, website, email and referral partners – NO COLD CALLING!
  • Action outgoing sales calls to promote Stiltz products, services and to secure sales
  • Lead post-sales appointment negotiations
  • Accurately maintain internal CRM database thus enabling specific targeting of the right customer at the right time
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring customers are highly satisfied at every opportunity

What you will need to succeed:

  • Confident and capable communication skills with proven B2C telesales experience in a fast paced and/or telesales environment.
  • Drive to achieve sales conversion targets on a weekly & monthly basis.
  • Ability to cover all available sales opportunities, proven track record as a successful sales negotiator.
  • Good listening and relationship building skills, easily building rapport.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • A strong work ethic and looking for your next step on your sales career path.
  • Full IT proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
